Privacy and Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes things happen and you cannot attend a course that you have booked for. We do have to commit to resources based on the number of people attending, however.
If we receive written notice from you (email, text) at least 14 days before the commencement date of the course we will provide you a full refund, or allow you to select another course. Once the 14 day limit has passed we are unable to either provide a refund or transfer your payment to another course.
The WA Craft Bookbinders Guild does not use your details except where it is necessary to provide you with updated details on courses that you have already paid to attend, and only on matters relevant to any such course.
The Guild does not provide your details to third parties under any circumstances, unless required to do so by Australian law.
If you are a member of the Guild, your contact details will be used to provide you with Guild newsletters and notifications of forthcoming events specific to the Guild.
